Test the workflow before building the whole application

We map the steps people take, the information they need and the exceptions they encounter. A prototype lets staff or customers try the proposed journey before you commit to implementing it. This helps identify which changes belong in the software and which need an operational decision.

Prove the difficult connections early

Permissions, data migration and third-party integrations can determine whether an otherwise useful product is viable. We investigate these constraints early, then release working sections of the application for your team to evaluate. Acceptance criteria connect each release to the task it needs to support.

Plan how people will move to the new service

We discuss rollout, training and ownership alongside development. That includes who will manage users, how existing records will be transferred and what happens if an integration fails. Documentation and agreed support arrangements help your team operate the service after launch.

How do you estimate cost and timescale?

We need to understand the workflows, integrations, data and assurance requirements first. An initial conversation helps identify the right starting point; discovery or a technical review may be needed before we can give a dependable estimate.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Describe the business problem, who uses the service, what you have today and any deadlines. An outline of the systems involved is useful. You do not need a complete specification to discuss whether we can help.
