The Background
Provide Capital is a US equipment finance business helping companies acquire the machinery, vehicles and equipment they need. Its customers span industries including construction, healthcare, manufacturing and transportation. It also works with equipment vendors and dealers who want to offer financing to their customers.
The business wanted to move its existing WordPress website to HubSpot, giving its team a platform for managing website content alongside its marketing and enquiry tools.
The Challenge
The website needed to serve two audiences: business owners looking for equipment finance, and vendors looking for a financing partner. Each needed a clear route to relevant information and a practical next step, whether that was starting an application or speaking to a specialist.
For Provide Capital’s team, the challenge was also about day-to-day management. They needed to maintain product and industry content, publish articles and update search metadata as the business developed. The design and the HubSpot implementation had to support those tasks together.
Why Bit Zesty?
Provide Capital came to us through a recommendation from our previous client, Clarify Capital, following their positive experience of working with Bit Zesty.
We brought design and development into one fractional team, with fractional CTO support to guide technical decisions and delivery. This gave Provide Capital access to the skills needed at each stage, from exploring the user experience to building and setting up the website in HubSpot.
The Work
Service design around the customer journey
We considered how the website fitted into the wider financing service: helping visitors understand their options, find information relevant to their equipment or industry, and take the next step with Provide Capital.
The resulting structure gives businesses and vendors distinct starting points. Equipment and industry pages provide more specific information, while application links and HubSpot meeting booking connect the website to the next stage of the enquiry journey.
User-centred design, user experience and accessibility
We developed the visual direction with the Provide Capital team, sharing design concepts and refining them through feedback. Our user-centred approach focused on making the financing proposition understandable and the main actions easy to find.
Accessibility was considered throughout design and development, alongside a consistent experience across desktop and mobile. The aim was to help visitors navigate the content, understand what was available and choose how to get in touch.
Rapid prototyping before the HubSpot build
We turned the design into a working website prototype so the team could review the pages and navigation in a browser. This gave them a more practical way to explore the proposed experience than reviewing long PDF designs.
The prototype was shared privately for feedback before we began turning it into HubSpot templates. It gave design discussions a concrete reference and helped connect decisions about the user experience with the implementation.
Custom HubSpot development and enquiry integration
We built custom HubSpot templates for the website and blog, translating the design into reusable page structures. The site includes equipment and industry content, company information and clear routes into the financing enquiry journey.
We connected the website to HubSpot’s enquiry and meeting-booking tools, giving visitors a route from browsing information to speaking with the team. We also worked on the editing experience, so Provide Capital could manage content within HubSpot.

Supporting the website after launch
We continued to support Provide Capital after launch, helping improve the website’s SEO.
The Impact
Provide Capital now has a custom HubSpot website that brings its equipment finance offering, industry content and enquiry routes into a consistent experience. Businesses can explore financing relevant to their needs, while vendors have a dedicated route to the partnership offering.
For the internal team, reusable templates and editable content provide a basis for maintaining and extending the site. The engagement brought service design, user experience and HubSpot development together, with fractional technical leadership supporting the work from the first concepts through to ongoing improvements.
