Bit Zesty is a G-Cloud 13 Framework Supplier

Sep 2022

We are delighted to announce that Bit Zesty has been awarded a G-Cloud 13 Framework Contract by the UK Government’s Crown Commercial Service. G-Cloud 13 replaces G-Cloud 12, introducing improved terms and the latest procurement policies, including prompt payment and social value. G-Cloud was launched in 2012, and Bit Zesty has been on the framework since its inception.

What is G-Cloud 13?

Framework Agreements such as G-Cloud reduce the work and risk involved when a Public Sector organisation wants to buy products or services from the Private Sector. A Framework Agreement ensures that suppliers are stable and able to deliver as part of the approvals process. This helps Public Sector customers to start with a shortlist of pre-approved suppliers.

What the Framework Contract Means

Bit Zesty applied for Lot 3 of the Framework: Cloud Support. For the 13th time, we were successful, meaning that we continue to be an approved supplier to help set up and maintain cloud software and to provide the following services:

  • Ruby on Rails Application Ongoing Support and Maintenance
  • JavaScript & NodeJS Application Ongoing Support and Maintenance
  • Elixir / Phoenix Application Ongoing Support and Maintenance
  • Python Application Ongoing Support and Maintenance

By utilising the G-Cloud Framework, UK public sector buyers can secure market-leading Cloud Support services from Bit Zesty. Public sector organisations can be confident that we’re well placed to meet all of your needs and provide you with a high-quality, efficient service.

G-Cloud 13 is our second significant framework contract obtained in 2022. Earlier this year, we were named a supplier on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 6 Framework (Digital Outcomes 6), which enables us to provide the following services to government departments:

  • User research
  • User experience and design
  • Service delivery management
  • Software development
  • Ongoing support and operations
  • Testing and auditing
  • Performance analysis and data
  • Security
